Women's 4x100 m medley - Swimming

Event Format: Each team in the medley relay consisted of four swimmers and the order of strokes was backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly and freestyle. The teams competed in preliminary heats and a final. The eight teams with the best time in the preliminary heats advanced to the final.
