Men's K1 1000 m - Canoe & Kayak - London 2012 Summer Olympics

Event Format: Athletes competed in preliminary heats, semifinals, B-final and A-final. The best placed athletes in each heat (Q) and a number of "lucky losers" (q) advanced to the next level. The winner of the A-final was the Gold medal winner.

Event facts: Men's K1 1000 m competition was held at the Eton Dorney and 22 athletes participated in the event.
