Women's Downhill - Alpine Skiing - Squaw Valley 1960 Winter Olympics

Each skier ran a single race down a steep downhill course. Downhill was the Alpine Skiing event with the longest course and the highest speed. The Gold Medal winner was the skier with the fastes time for the race. Event facts: Women's Downhill competition was held at the Squaw Peak and 42 athletes participated in the event. |
