Men's Decathlon - Athletics - Paris 2003 World Championships
Event Format: Men's decathlon included ten events held over a two-days period. On the first day the athletes competed in 100 m, long jump, shot put, high jump and 400 m. On the second day they competed in 110 m hurdles, discus throw, pole vault, javelin throw and 1500 m. Rules for the events were generally the same as for the individual events.
