Women's Heptathlon - Athletics - Eugene 2022 World Championships
Event Format: Women's heptathlon included seven events held over a two-days period. On the first day the athletes competed in 100 m hurdles, high jump, shot put and 200 m. On the second day they competed in long jump, javelin throw and 800 m. Rules for the events were generally the same as for the individual events. Points were scored according to a points-table approved by IAAF. Event facts: Women's Heptathlon competition was held at the Hayward Field and 15 athletes participated in the event. |
