Jeongseon Alpine Centre is the venue for the downhill and super-G events in Alpine skiing. The arena is located in the PyeongChang Mountain Cluster and is built in the period from May 2014 to December 2017 for the 2018 Winter Games. The arena is constructed with a seating capacity for 3,600 spectators and a standing capacity for 2,900 spectators. The downhill course has a start altitude in 1370 m for men and 1275 for women and a finish altitude in 545 m above sea level, a vertical drop of 825 m for men and 730 m for women and and a course length on 2852 m for men and 2499 m for women.The super-G course has a start altitude in 1195 m for men and 1110 for women and a finish altitude in 545 m above sea level, a vertical drop of 650 m for men and 565 m for women and and a course length on 2217 m for men and 1982 m for women.
