Women's Pentathlon - Athletics - Mexico City 1968 Summer Olympics

Event Format: Women's pentathlon included five events held over a two-days period, 80 m hurdles, shot put, high jump, long jump and 200 m. Rules for the events were generally the same as for the individual events. Points were scored according to a points-table approved by IAAF.

Event facts: Women's Pentathlon competition was held at the Estadio Olimpico Universitario and 33 athletes participated in the event.
