Men's 20 km - Biathlon - PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympics

Event Format: The biathletes started the race with an interval of 30 seconds and there were four shooting stages in the race, the first and third in a prone position and the second and fourth in a standing position. The athletes were penalized one minute for each missed target.The Olympic gold medal winner was the biathlete with the fastest time including penalties for the race.

Event facts: Men's 20 km competition was held at the Alpensia Biathlon Centre and 86 athletes participated in the event. The final took place on Thursday, February 21, 2019 and competitions began on Thursday, February 21, 2019.
