Women's Individual - Skeleton - PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympics

Event Format: Drivers raced with high speed on a sled in a prone head-first position down an ice track through curved, high-speed turns. The competition was held over two days and consisted of four runs for each driver - two each day. The driver with the fastest total time for the four runs was the winner of the Olympic gold medal.

Event facts: Women's Individual competition was held at the Olympic Sliding Centre and 20 athletes participated in the event. The final took place on Saturday, February 23, 2019 and competitions began on Friday, February 22, 2019.
