| Gangneung Oval is the venue for all events in Speed Skating, in total 14 events. The arena is located in the Gangneung Coastal Cluster and is built especially for the 2018 Winter Games. The construction period has been from October 2014 to March 2017. The arena is constructed with four floors, two aboveground and two underground, a 400m double track and a seating capacity for 8,000 spectators. | |||||
