Schedule: The final took place on Friday, February 19, 2010 and competitions began on Thursday, February 18, 2010. |
Format: Drivers raced with high speed on a sled in a prone head-first position down an ice track through curved, high-speed turns. The competition was held over two days and consisted of four runs for each driver - two each day. Only the 20 best drivers after the third run were qualified to the last run. The driver with the fastest total time for the four runs was the winner of the Gold Medal.
