Format: Mixed Doubles Curling was played on ice between two teams with two players on each team, one female and one male. A game consisted of eight ends and each team should deliver five stones per end. After all 10 stones were delivered the score for the end was determined. The team with the most points after eight ends was the winner. In the preliminary round the eight teams played a "round robin" tournament and the four best teams advanced to the semifinals and the medal matches
